Create a cross-platform, peer-to-peer file transfer application similar to LocalBolt. The core functionality must involve end-to-end encryption using standards like NaCl/Curve25519, ensuring files never touch a central server. I need it to work in any modern browser and support direct transfers between devices. Key features include dual signaling—allowing device discovery both on a local LAN and across the public internet—and the ability to function even when offline, relying on the local network. The architecture should utilize a signaling server (perhaps written in Rust) for discovery, while the actual data transfer happens over an encrypted WebRTC channel.
