Tka

Create a command-line interface tool, similar to tka, for schema-driven ticket management. I need it to function as a CLI that interacts with AI agents, meaning all primary outputs must be machine-readable JSON. The tool should allow users to initialize a project, create a project using a defined JSON schema, and list projects. Key ticket management features include creating tickets with specified fields, listing tickets with options to filter by status or field value, selecting specific output fields, and sorting/limiting results. It must also support transitioning a ticket to a new status and archiving tickets. Finally, include a real-time terminal dashboard feature, perhaps triggered by a 'watch' command, to visualize ticket changes.
