Google Docs Converter

Create a command-line utility, similar to a Google Docs Converter, that takes a Google Docs URL as input and converts its content into specified plain text markup formats. The tool should be written in TypeScript for Node.js. It needs to support outputting in Markdown, Org Mode, and potentially other formats like GFM. Users should be able to specify the output format using a flag, and also have an option to process a local Google Docs JSON file instead of a URL. The conversion output should be printed to the console so it can be easily piped to other utilities.
