Create a technical watch dashboard, similar to a tech news aggregator for the .NET ecosystem. I want it built using ASP.NET Core with Razor Pages and targeting .NET 10. The dashboard should feature a main page that simulates a Visual Studio console output for animated news feeds. Key features to include are automatic aggregation of official .NET blogs (covering .NET, ASP.NET Core, VS, and C#), displaying release news for .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core, and tracking AI coding tools like Copilot and Claude. It should also show trending C# GitHub projects and the latest C# YouTube videos. The design must be responsive and accessible, and ideally, it should be containerized using Docker.
