Create a command-line tool, similar to 'ccc', that allows me to control an AI coding assistant, like Claude Code, directly from my phone via Telegram. The tool should support starting coding sessions remotely, receiving smart notifications when tasks finish, and handling multiple distinct projects using separate Telegram topics. I also need features for file transfer to my phone and the ability to process voice messages via auto-transcription. Since it's self-hosted, it should support multiple AI providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, and others, and ideally use a mechanism like OTP for enhanced security.
