Create a cloud-based personnel evaluation management SaaS application. I need it to handle a three-stage evaluation flow: self-evaluation, store manager evaluation, and MG evaluation. The system must support role-based access control for admin, mg, manager, and staff roles, with staff logging in using a staff code as their password. Key features include template creation/management, adding/editing evaluation items with weighted scores, and managing evaluation periods. Crucially, it needs robust PDF export functionality for both single and filtered evaluations, and a dashboard to view and compare the three stages of evaluation scores. The tech stack should use Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and connect to Supabase.
